Maintain and ensure the reliability and availability of all equipment and facilities (factory operation) at high performance, ensuring all process activities are maintained.
Execute planning and scheduling for preventive, corrective, and reparative maintenance operations.
Implement maintenance documents, procedures, drawings, and control of technical results.
Arrange and deliver jobs with good quality, proper troubleshooting, problem-solving, and propose technical improvements based on characteristics.
Collect and enter daily data to update the facility and equipment management archive.
Coordinate with third parties, contractors, and vendors, maintaining the quality of machine, equipment, or plant maintenance operations following BC standards and references.
Follow BC's quality culture and implement safe behaviors in daily activities.
Work as part of a team, coordinating with maintenance personnel, superiors, and peers.
Implement maintenance activities, facility renewal, cost control, and continuous process improvement.
Coordinate maintenance personnel and propose technical improvements based on equipment characteristics.
Support maintenance activities related to inspection and technical qualification organizations within the area of responsibility.
Support traceability of required certifications, ensuring their current validity through proper arrangements.
Collaborate across multiple cross-functional areas.
Requirements
Graduate from Technical High School, Diploma, or Technical Institute in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering fields. Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical/control systems, and mechanical systems is preferable.
Proven experience as a Maintenance & Engineering Technician or similar role; understanding of basic mechanical/electrical systems; or recent graduates with similar qualifications.
Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Preferably, experience in the food industry manufacturing, processes, and facilities.
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, focused, and disciplined in time management.
High dedication, physical stamina, and dexterity.
Basic knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions necessary for safe equipment use.
