PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting a client in the Packaging Manufacturing industry in finding a qualified candidate for the position of Shift Team Leader.

Job Description:

• HSE: Understand safety & environmental risks to anticipate safety issues during non-routine tasks (Line Wowntime, Maintenance, etc.).
• Quality: Ensure the team follows site quality procedures through quality check completion.
• Leadership: Lead and develop the shift team, plan to eliminate top losses, and prioritize equipment ownership to meet team objectives.
• Organization: Coordinate daily staffing, adhere to site standards for break times, vacation scheduling, overtime, and manage absenteeism.
• Education & Training: Develop skill matrices, individual training plans, and team capability development.
• Maintenance: Implement Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Loss Elimination strategies.

Requirements:

• Based onsite in Pasuruan, Indonesia.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Shift Leader.
• Proficient in Operations and RTT DMSs, with strong understanding of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Lean Excellence (LE) methodologies.
• Technical SME on site-specific operations and line management.
• High attention to detail and disciplined approach to operational and compliance standards.
