Job description

Ensure all quality testing is executed as per the quality plan and complies with updated specifications for incoming material, incoming ECM product, and finished product.

Ensure quality testing result data are reported and input into the system.

Coordinate quality issue findings with respective functions for follow-up actions.

Drive investigation and root cause analysis for quality issues and customer complaints.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert in risk assessment for change control, deviation, quality testing training, and test method validation.

Support continuous improvement programs, innovation, and strategic initiatives during the qualification process.

Ensure compliance with the quality management system and other applicable management systems in the plant.

Lead quality Gemba in every shift to ensure GMP & GDocP compliance.

Lead and coordinate shift quality technicians, including shift briefings and follow-up on tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma IV or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related).

Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or as a PJT (Penanggung Jawab Teknis) in Pharmaceutical, Food, or FMCG sectors.

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.

Willing to work in Shifts and perform tasks in lab and production areas.

Placement in West Karawang.
