Job summary

Une entreprise oléochimique de premier plan recherche un superviseur pour son Ester Plant à Medan. Le candidat idéal possède une formation en ingénierie et au moins trois ans d'expérience dans le domaine, avec des compétences en supervision et en analyse opérationnelle. Le rôle consiste à surveiller les opérations de production, à veiller à la conformité des équipements et des procédés, et à assurer un fonctionnement fluide de l'usine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'opérateur de Fatty Ester ou chef d'équipe.
• Expérience dans le domaine oléochimique est un atout.
• Disposé à être localisé à Medan.

Responsibilities

• Superviser les opérateurs DCS et de terrain en service.
• Identifier les problèmes potentiels dans le processus de production.
• Contrôler les niveaux des réservoirs de matières premières et de produits.

Job description

Ensure the smooth operation of the Ester Plant.

Job Description:

• Supervise the performance of DCS Operators and Field Operators on duty.
• Identify possible problems throughout the production process based on analysis of operational conditions and equipment conditions in the field.
• Monitor the movement of raw material, product, and by-product tank levels to ensure they are as desired.
• Check the condition of the ester plant and all equipment used, including related utilities.
• Implement all SOPs and instructions related to operations at the ester plant.
• Report all operational conditions via forms and other available media.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Operator handling Fatty Ester and/or experience as a shift leader in Fatty Acid.
• Experience in Oleochemical area is an advantage.
• Willing to be located in Medan.
