To develop, deliver, and evaluate Learning & Certification programs to promote safe and healthy work practices, environmental awareness, and regulatory compliance within an organization. They play a crucial role in preventing accidents, injuries, and illnesses, protecting the environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations.

Conduct SHE training & certification sessions for employees up to supervisory level, tailoring the content and delivery methods to different audiences. - training & certification standard delivery hours

Provide constructive feedback to trainees and participants to gain satisfaction from participants. Achieve standard satisfaction index of participants.
Provide training and assessment results and report them to relevant parties. Maintain consistent records & report training & certification activities as per standard SLA.
Design and develop training and certification SHE & Emergency Response Team programs that meet corporate procedures, industry needs, and applicable competency standards. Number of modules designed & developed.
Review, evaluate, revise, and validate training and certification of SHE & Emergency Response (ER) programs (modules & schemes), including outcomes. Number of modules & schemes revisited, reviewed, and improved.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including identifying, mitigating, and monitoring SHE risks, and SHE Management System to ensure program effectiveness, conformity to standards, and compliance with procedures. Key indicators:
- SHE risks well maintained
- Target Zero LTI
- SHE Management System meets current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, or related engineering field.
