We are seeking a qualified candidate with the following profile:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Health and Safety, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments.
• Experience with companies that have obtained PROPER EMAS or at least PROPER HIJAU certifications.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to ensure SHE management systems are in place and effective.
• Supervision of reliability of SHE protection equipment.
• Responsible for continuous improvement in safety, occupational health, and environmental practices.
