The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and have over 5 years of relevant experience, including certifications such as OHS Specialist. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in safety engineering or a related role, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
• Have the K3 specialist certifications (OHS Specialist and or Fire Specialist)
• Experience in Petrochemical or chemical industry is a must
• Understanding of basic process safety and hazard recognition principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in process safety or related engineering field
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards such as OSHA, EPA, and NFPA

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Basic proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Pipenet, ALOHA, PHAST, SAFETI)
• Familiarity with risk assessment tools and methodologies
• Understanding process control systems and instrumentation
