Job summary

A leading safety solutions provider in Kalimantan Tengah is seeking a SHE Officer to oversee safety operations and compliance with health and environmental regulations. Your responsibilities include conducting trainings, safety inspections, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate has a diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a high-risk industry with an AK3 certification preferred. Fluent English is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in SHE implementation at a high-risk industry.
• AK3 certification preferred; POP certificate is a plus.
• Understanding of Mining Safety, Marine Safety, or Plant Safety preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain, monitor and review daily operation and facilities to ensure employee safety comply with safety, health and environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and project

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and present SHE training and SHE induction to enhance safety awareness among Head Office employees. Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use. Inspect project facilities, equipment, and observe operations and activities in progress to ensure compliance with company's safety regulations.

Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied.

Key objectives include: Target Zero LTI and ensuring the SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimal 1 year of experience in SHE Field implementation at High risk industry
• Hold AK3 certified from government (will be preferred if hold POP certificate)
• Understanding of Mining Safety, Marine Safety and or Plant Safety is preferred
• Able to conduct presentation
• Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives
• Communicative and innovative
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
