Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct periodic data collection and review of revenue streams to identify potential Sharia non‑compliance issues.
  2. Support compliance assessment for new business initiatives, partnerships, and product monetization models.
  3. Prepare documentation, summary findings, and reports for review by the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS).
  4. Monitor corrective actions recommended by DPS and update related tracking documentation.
  5. Assist in developing and maintaining a Sharia compliance monitoring dashboard.
  6. Ensure all relevant documents, contracts, and operational records are archived according to compliance standards.
  7. Support coordination meetings and communication between DPS and related departments.
  8. Provide administrative and analytical support for Sharia audits and internal review processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Islamic Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sharia compliance, audit, or finance operations.
  • Basic understanding of Sharia principles in commerce (muamalah).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently while coordinating across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboard tools for monitoring/reporting.
  • Experience in financial data validation or audit trail documentation is preferred.
