About the role

Kartika Sari Group is seeking an experienced and driven Shared Services Manager to join our team in PT Tiga Mitra Buana, our retail business for fashion, toys and candy products. This is a full-time role based in Bandung, West Java. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality financial and accounting, purchasing and warehouse services across the organisation. Your strategic leadership and operational expertise will drive efficiencies and ensure consistent standards in our shared services function.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the shared services team, including financial accounting, warehousing, purchase transactions, reporting and other core administrative functions
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Provide expert guidance and support to business units on financial matters, serving as a trusted advisor and problem-solver
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems that streamline and automate shared services workflows
• Lead, coach and develop the shared services team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous learning
• Contribute to the overall financial strategy of the organisation and participate in key business decision-making processes
