About the Role
PT Pendidikan Bumi Bali is looking for a passionate and experienced Special Needs Teacher (untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus : ADHD, Hyperactive, In the spectrum).

What You’ll Do:

Stay by the child’s side throughout the day to support their learning, safety, and emotional needs

Create personalized learning plans that match the child’s unique needs

Work closely with parents, therapists, and our team to provide full support

Use creative teaching methods, tools, and equipment to help the child learn and grow

Track progress and share updates with the team and parents

Keep learning yourself! Join professional development sessions

Help improve and shape our special education program

What We’re Looking For

Must be fluent in English!

At least 3 years of experience working with children with special needs

Understanding of different learning styles and how to support them

Kindness, patience, and a deep belief in the potential of every child

Strong English communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to be present with one child full-time each day
