We’re Hiring: Shadow Teacher (Part-Time / Full-Time) – Surabaya

Are you passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact in their learning journey? POLAR is looking for dedicated Shadow Teachers to support students with special needs in a school setting. If you’re caring, committed, and ready to grow, we’d love to hear from you!

We provide one-on-one shadow teacher support for students with special needs, helping them engage with school, build social skills, and reach their full potential. We’re based in Surabaya at Lagoon Avenue Mall Sungkono, and we’re on the lookout for individuals who are passionate, full of heart, and excited to work with children.

As a Shadow Teacher, you’ll work closely with students who need extra support in the classroom. You’ll collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Assist students in class to stay engaged with the curriculum
2. Support social, emotional, and academic development
3. Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals
4. Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions
5. Report on students’ progress regularly
