Job summary

PT Kiwoom Sekuritas Indonesia (KSI) is hiring a Settlement Staff to manage daily securities settlement activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate processing under KSEI/IDX rules. The role supports reconciliation, reporting, and audit/compliance in a growing brokerage environment.

Based in Jakarta, the candidate will handle bond transactions via PLTE, contribute to smooth settlement operations, and work both independently and in a team setting within a regulated financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in settlement & custody brokerage.
• Detail oriented with good personality.
• Ability to work well individually and in a team.
• WPPE license is required.
• Handle daily securities settlement activities (T+2) per KSEI/IDX.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate settlement.
• Perform reconciliation of securities and fund positions.
• Prepare settlement reports and documentation.
• Support audit and compliance for settlement operations.
• Input and processing of bond transactions via PLTE.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily securities settlement activities (T+2) in compliance with KSEI and IDX.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely settlement of transactions.
• Perform reconciliation of securities and fund positions.
• Prepare and maintain settlement reports and related documentation.
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to settlement operations.
• Perform input and processing of bond transactions through the PLTE application.
