• Perform pest control operations according to company SOPs and work instructions, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, collaborating with service coordinators, supervisors, or branch managers.
• Respond to customer complaints within 2 hours of receipt and implement corrective actions within 24 hours of the agreed timeline.

Requirements

• Minimum education: D3, SMA, SMK, MAN, or equivalent.
• High loyalty and good communication skills.
• Service-oriented attitude.
• Willing to work with high mobility.
• Preferably has experience in service companies.
• Ability to drive two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles.
• Possess SIM C and SIM A licenses.
• Willing to be mobile in Surabaya HD Branch, with placement in Semarang or Yogyakarta.
