Job description

Monitor and evaluate all work activities related to providing customer service within the scope of the Stores to ensure the delivery of the best possible service to customers, in accordance with applicable rules and policies.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor Degree in any major
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role or banking role, with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address service-related challenges
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with staff at all levels
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to service excellence
  7. Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
