Job description

We are looking for a Service Quality who will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing product and service training to all employees, especially for the frontliners
  • Monitoring the quality of service in all banking divisions, both in the Branch and Head Office
  • Arranging and maintaining all quality service events at the company
  • Creating regular reporting of the BAU quality services and external project assignments

For this role, we will need someone who:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) from all majors
  • Having min 1 year of experience in Service Quality in the Banking Industry is a must
  • Competent with Ms. office (PPT, Excel, Word)
  • Having good presentation skills
  • Having knowledge and familiarity with service quality in operational banking
  • A team player, a fast learner, and has good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
