Service Manager – NOV Digital Services (Indonesia, Jakarta)
NOV Digital Services (MDTotco) is looking for a highly experienced Service Manager to lead our service and rental operations in Indonesia. This senior role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring operational excellence, developing technical teams, and achieving revenue/profitability targets and will also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while also building the long-term service infrastructure required to support large-scale projects. The role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to lead high-performing teams, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive sustainable growth in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 7–10 years of oilfield or related industry experience, and at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, customer relationship skills, and a commitment to HSE standards are essential.
