Job Description
- Manage after-sales service by analyzing and following up on customer complaints to deliver effective unit-related solutions.
- Supervise and ensure planned activities are executed in line with established targets.
- Oversee work units to ensure all operations comply with relevant procedures and standards.
- Address unit repair issues by coordinating with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Guide, warn, and support subordinates who fail to follow procedures or meet quality standards.
- Coordinate and monitor warranty costs from unit sales to align with company performance targets.
- Make decisions on customer complaints and ensure timely execution to achieve customer satisfaction and on-time product delivery.
- Provide necessary tools and measuring instruments to support after-sales service operations.
- Coordinate the analysis of customer complaints to improve internal processes and offer customer-oriented recommendations.
- Develop and revise operational systems and procedures to enhance departmental performance.
- Evaluate the performance of subordinates to ensure competence and identify areas for improvement.
- Adhere to occupational safety, environmental, and waste management procedures in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Lead and monitor continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in the same field and industry for more than 5 years and be a Service Manager for at least 3 years.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
