Job Description

  • Manage after-sales service by analyzing and following up on customer complaints to deliver effective unit-related solutions.
  • Supervise and ensure planned activities are executed in line with established targets.
  • Oversee work units to ensure all operations comply with relevant procedures and standards.
  • Address unit repair issues by coordinating with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Guide, warn, and support subordinates who fail to follow procedures or meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor warranty costs from unit sales to align with company performance targets.
  • Make decisions on customer complaints and ensure timely execution to achieve customer satisfaction and on-time product delivery.
  • Provide necessary tools and measuring instruments to support after-sales service operations.
  • Coordinate the analysis of customer complaints to improve internal processes and offer customer-oriented recommendations.
  • Develop and revise operational systems and procedures to enhance departmental performance.
  • Evaluate the performance of subordinates to ensure competence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to occupational safety, environmental, and waste management procedures in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Lead and monitor continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in the same field and industry for more than 5 years and be a Service Manager for at least 3 years.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
