Service is your domain

As a Service Engineer based in Miami, you are the one who ensures that our yachts operate at the highest level locally. Whether it’s maintenance, repairs, or troubleshooting, you’ll be on-site with our customers, making sure they can fully enjoy their time on the water. During the summer months, you will also work approximately 3 to 4 months in The Hamptons, where many of our clients spend their season.

Your role

As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving our yachts for clients in the Miami area. During the summer, you will spend several months in The Hamptons to support our seasonal clients. You ensure every issue is resolved quickly and professionally and work closely with colleagues to deliver the highest level of service.

Your tasks include:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on yacht systems and components
  • Diagnosing and efficiently resolving technical issues
  • Ensuring the perfect operation of mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues worldwide to provide optimal customer support

About You
  • You are passionate about technology. You work accurately, deliver top-quality results, and pay attention to even the smallest details. You always think one step ahead and look for ways to improve everything you do.
  • You have a vocational or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or maritime technology
  • Experience as a mechanic in yacht building or the automotive industry is a plus
  • You speak fluent English
  • You are a U.S. citizen or have a valid work permit and are willing to travel to The Hamptons for the seasonal period.
  • You hold a valid driver’s license
