Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day support for business-related IT to end-users
• Installation and configuration of Computers, OS, Printers, and Applications
• Analyze and diagnose technical issues and provide quick problem resolution
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, networks, & printers
• Create reports and technical documentation for the IT environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology
• Familiar with IT Infrastructure hardware, software, and networking
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products and cloud services
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for learning new technologies
• Good communication & interpersonal skills; English proficiency is an advantage
