Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator – Drill Bits in Indonesia to oversee safe, efficient execution of drilling service activities and to coordinate between client sites, drill bits and personnel.

You will serve as the primary client contact for job preparation, execution and close-out, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with Change Management processes while supporting revenue integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in Drill Bits and Well Construction.
• Good knowledge of Drilling and Drill Bit Technologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Collaborative with business partners and able to lead.
• Strong problem identification and solution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Protect personnel and environment health and safety.
• Conduct activities per processes and cultural pillars.
• Ensure contracts/quotes are understood and utilized.
• Coordinate and monitor drill bit and personnel movements to client locations.
• Be primary client contact for job prep, execution and close-out.
• Escalate issues impacting service delivery promptly.
• Ensure invoices align with contracts and cash is collected on time.

Service Delivery Coordinator – Drill Bits

Responsibilities

• Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment
• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries such as managing scheduling of drill bit personnel and drill bits to and from customer locations
• Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out. Managing the relationship to ensure business success
• Being familiar with the assigned client’s process for Management of Change.
• Escalating of issues that can impact service delivery promptly
• Ensuring invoices are in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

Qualifications

• Have at least a Bachelor’s level from an accredited college or equivalent
• Have more than 5 years’ experience in Drill Bits and Well Construction
• Have good knowledge of Drilling and Drill Bit Technologies
• Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
• Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
