Service Delivery Coordinator – Drill Bits
Responsibilities
- Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries such as managing scheduling of drill bit personnel and drill bits to and from customer locations
- Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out. Managing the relationship to ensure business success
- Being familiar with the assigned client’s process for Management of Change.
- Escalating of issues that can impact service delivery promptly
- Ensuring invoices are in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
Qualifications
- Have at least a Bachelor’s level from an accredited college or equivalent
- Have more than 5 years’ experience in Drill Bits and Well Construction
- Have good knowledge of Drilling and Drill Bit Technologies
- Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
- Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
