Job Description

  • Support Authorized Services and Dealers for parts ordering, availability (substitution if needed) and spare parts knowledge for both internal and external (Sales team, Dealers, Authorized Services, Users)
  • Supervise & maintain the highest service standard of Authorized Service through structured visit and field audit
  • Update & manage all of report and claim from Authorized Services
  • Visits to market (Dealers, Users) to always update user or dealers needs
  • Work closely with sales team in seminars or events

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Industrial Engineering or Management.
  • At least 3 years of working experiences in related field is required
  • Have good data analytics, communication, teaching and interpersonal skills
  • Have a basic skill in speaking or writing in English
  • Energetic and motivated with high level of commitment
  • Discipline, honest and responsible
  • Have an ability to operating MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
  • Willing to travel.

Additional Information

This position will be hired contract-based under third party.
