Job summary

PT Pratama Abadi Industri seeks a Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will manage financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, 6–10 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in accounting, tax reporting, and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–10 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting in a similar role.
• Experience with bookkeeping and financial reports.
• Tax reporting experience; Brevet A & B preferred.
• Experience with budgetary responsibilities in manufacturing projects/resources.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• CA certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
