About the role

Orca Communication is seeking an experienced SEO-SEM Specialist to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta. As a contract position, this role will focus on driving measurable results through the optimisation of search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) campaigns. The successful candidate will play a key part in helping our clients achieve their online visibility and lead generation goals.

What you'll be doing

Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing, relevant keywords

Optimise website content, metadata, and structure to improve organic search rankings

Manage and optimise paid search campaigns, including ad copy, bids, and targeting

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to clients

Stay up to date with the latest SEO and SEM trends, algorithms, and best practices

Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver integrated digital marketing strategies

What we're looking for

3+ years of proven experience in SEO and SEM within an agency or in-house marketing team

Demonstrated success in driving organic and paid search traffic and conversions

In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical Optimization

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Good communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations to clients

Adaptability and a proactive approach to staying ahead of industry changes
