Job description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and content strategies to boost organic search performance and strengthen the company’s digital presence.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and guide content creation to improve search relevance and reach.
  • Create, write, and optimize high-quality, engaging content, including articles, blog posts, and website copy, based on SEO best practices.
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, and content structure to enhance SEO performance and user experience.
  • Improve website architecture, internal linking, and metadata in line with SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate on technical improvements to support site speed, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Troubleshoot SEO issues and use tools like Google Search Console to monitor and resolve technical problems.
  • Track and analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an SEO and/or content marketing role, with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience in writing and editing SEO-focused content (e.g., blog articles, website copy). A portfolio of published work is highly preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Indonesian, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • A strong interest in SEO and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
