Responsibilities
  1. Develop and oversee our SEO and ASO strategies to enhance visibility, user experience, and conversions across search engines and app stores.
  2. Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization.
  3. Conduct regular audits of our website, app store pages, and competitor landscape.
  4. Optimize landing page and store listing copy.
  5. Forecast, set targets, and report on organic performance metrics.
  6. Manage resources, budgets, and tools to achieve organic growth targets.
  7. Source and manage freelancers and agencies responsible for content creation and link-building.
  8. Conduct ASO experiments using rigorous methods like A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure effectiveness.
  9. Monitor and report daily on keyword rankings, reviews, and sentiments across stores.
  10. Collaborate with creative, technical, product, branding, and business teams to ensure activities align with growth objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO & ASO.
  • Proven track record of growing organic search traffic and conversions.
  • Strong skills in keyword research, page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of technical and content-based ASO/SEO techniques.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
