Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional WordPress development experience
• At least 2 years in plugin or custom feature development
• Hands-on experience with Elementor, ACF, and WooCommerce
• Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, filters, REST API
• Familiarity with Git, cPanel, SSH, and staging/deployment processes
• Knowledge of caching, image optimization, and lazy loading
• Professional-level English for international collaboration

Responsibilities

• Custom customization: build themes and plugins to match design and functionality
• Technical integration: configure third-party plugins, APIs and external services
• Plugin development: create and maintain custom plugins for client needs
• Cross-team collaboration: work with designers and PMs to deliver pixel-perfect sites
• Troubleshooting: debug WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting issues
• Deployment & version control: manage migrations, Git workflows, and staging
• Documentation: maintain documentation for code, plugins, and configurations
