The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years in leadership, and demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership position.
• Strong experience in strategic planning, business operations, and organizational management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional departments, and drive business objectives.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, cost control, and business performance.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and financial data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of business development and operational improvement.
• Highly organized, strategic, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field
