MatchaTalent in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser to elevate luxury brand presentation across the boutique network. You will translate global VM guidelines into high‑quality local execution, adapting displays to each store’s layout, inventory, and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities include planning seasonal windows, coordinating with vendors, leading on‑site installations, training Store VM Ambassadors, and ensuring consistent brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, window display, store styling, or retail space presentation.
• Experience with luxury goods or high-end retail environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail visual standards, lighting, and spatial planning.
• Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and execute seasonal VM guidelines and global/regional VM directions across all assigned boutiques.
• Develop and distribute VM rotation plans, display instructions, and visual guidelines for consistent brand presentation.
• Adapt display layouts to store architecture, inventory, local customer behavior, and sales trends while maintaining brand standards.
• Plan and coordinate seasonal window displays, in-store installations, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for sourcing, production, fabrication, delivery, and installation of VM materials.
• Lead on-site VM installations and store setups, including activities outside standard hours.
• Monitor VM material inventory and budget to ensure availability for rotations.
• Train Store VM Ambassadors and Sales Associates on visual standards and product presentation.
• Conduct boutique VM audits to evaluate store presentation and compliance with guidelines.
• Support VM updates and installations in other cities as needed.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Marketing to align VM with commercial objectives.
