Senior Video Editor
We're hiring a Senior Video Editor to join a fast-growing, high-volume content production team dedicated to revolutionizing real estate visuals. If you're a highly skilled editor with a keen eye for detail, a passion for elevating content, and leadership potential, this role is for you! You'll be editing real estate content for social media (YouTube, Reels, etc.) and client websites.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Edit compelling real estate content primarily for YouTube and Instagram, as well as client websites, using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Quickly match the client's current video style and quality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality of existing video content and optimize editing workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing and social media trends, implementing them to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Provide insightful creative feedback to content creators, guiding them on how to improve raw footage for optimal post-production.
- Help build efficient editing processes and train junior editors as the team expands.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance and streamline the editing workflow.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience of video editing specifically in real estate content for social media
- Highly proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Have a portfolio demonstrates advanced-level video work that showcases your skills and style.
- Possess the ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your projects effectively.
- Have strong communication and leadership skills, capable of training and mentoring new editors.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Have experience working with AI-assisted editing tools.
- Highly familiar with current industry trends and consistently stay up-to-date.
- Have a strong eye for improving visuals, transitions, and effects specifically within real estate content.
