Job summary

Goodyear Indonesia seeks an experienced Utility & Facility Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our utility and facility systems. You will oversee powerhouse operations, energy management, and sustainability initiatives to support safe, reliable manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• 7–9 years of manufacturing engineering experience in utilities or facilities.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, and renewable energy.
• ISO 50001 certification.
• Strong managerial ability and good listening skills.
• Analytical capability for technical subjects.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of utility and facility systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and powerhouse operations.
• Plan and direct energy conservation programs to ensure continuous supply.
• Develop concepts for utility generation, distribution, and utilization.
• Maintain powerhouse equipment/buildings and train personnel.
• Audit total powerhouse operation per corporate standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance training programs for the team.
• Manage spare parts inventory, budgeting, and cost-saving plans.
• Coordinate facilities for production and nonproduction utilities.
