We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for mobile web and app products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile web and app products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to align design solutions with business goals and user needs.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
• Establish and maintain a design system including UI/UX guidelines, component libraries, and accessibility standards for consistency across products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to gather insights, validate design decisions, and continuously improve the user experience.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user journeys, ensuring a smooth experience across devices and platforms.
• Manage priorities and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet project milestones in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of solid experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile web and/or mobile app projects.
• Proven track record in leading design projects from concept to launch, preferably in a fast-paced digital product environment.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and providing design direction to ensure brand and product consistency.
• Strong user-centric mindset, able to balance business objectives with user needs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to iterate rapidly based on feedback, analytics, and user testing results.
• Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
