Skills

Expert in GDS (Galileo, Abacus, Sabre, Amadeus, Althea)

Skilled in selling tour packages and travel products

Excellent English; Mandarin is a plus

• Sell a full range of travel products (domestic & international)
• Provide travel documents, destination info, and custom travel guides
• Deliver high-end, detail-focused service that exceeds expectations
• Resolve customer complaints with effective solutions

Requirements:

• Graduate from Tourism Academy/SMIP with Ticketing/Tourism certification
• Min. 2 years’ experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Expert in GDS (Galileo, Abacus, Sabre, Amadeus, Althea)
• Skilled in selling tour packages (FIT, groups, incentives) & travel products
• Excellent English; Mandarin is a plus
• Service-oriented, professional, and able to work under pressure
• Strong teamwork & multitasking skills
