Senior Trade Marketing Manager MT

Job Description:

1. Develop sales activities with clear goals
2. Make sales planning and monitoring rolling forecast with Marketing and Sales divisions
3. Ensure promotional activities run well and in accordance with existing budget planning
4. Analyze sales trends and support the sales team to achieve sales targets
5. Decide on third parties (Agency, Sales Promotion, and MD)

Requirements:

1. Minimal age 35 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any major
3. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
4. Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft Office applications
5. Have knowledge of Business Development & Market Intelligence
6. Have knowledge of BOSNET & SAP
7. Have knowledge of Promotional Assessment and audit
8. Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
9. Able to coach and mentor
10. Have leadership skills
11. Capable of planning and execution
12. Value-oriented

Minimum 10 years experience in modern trade channels as NKAM, Group/Senior KAM, KAM, or Trade Marketing Manager - MT Channel.

Experience on the principal's side as a brand owner who is used to having full control of the budget and trading terms is preferred, rather than on the distributor's side.
