Job summary

Information Security Engineer position in Depok is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining technical security controls to protect the organization’s information assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in information security engineering or related technical role.
• Strong understanding of network security: TCP/IP, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
• Hands-on experience with security tools including vulnerability scanners and endpoint protection.
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Certifications such as Security+, CEH, or GIAC are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage security technologies such as firewalls, IPS, VPNs, and antivirus solutions.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify weaknesses.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including network diagrams, policies, and SOPs.
• Respond to security incidents with technical analysis and remediation support.
• Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to integrate security into design and deployment.
• Monitor security systems for performance and effectiveness and recommend improvements.
