We seek a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in PayLater, P2P lending, or digital lending products to join our dynamic team. Our Product Management team plays a vital role in transforming ideas into innovative products that address users or partner experience needs and elevate the Traveloka experience. You will also be driving the development and implementation of critical technical products that enhance our platform’s capabilities and help users discover and fulfill their travel inspiration and needs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical product vision and strategy across PayLater and lending-related product lines.
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, incorporating technical input and aligning with business priorities, focusing on specific phases such as ideation or post‑launch optimization.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering technical literacy and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of financial products.
• Conduct in‑depth market research and competitive analysis on PayLater, P2P, and digital lending trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and improve technical solutions.
• Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and financial guidelines.
• Work with UX/UI designers and data scientists to support cohesive product strategies.
• Help prioritize features and manage backlog with oversight from senior managers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and identify areas for technical improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 6 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in PayLater, P2P lending, consumer finance, or fintech lending products.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
