Job description

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and support essential functions that keep our organisation running smoothly. As a CBS professional, you will collaborate across teams to provide knowledge, resources, and tools that enable EY to deliver exceptional services to our clients, excel in the marketplace, and foster growth and profitability. Major CBS teams include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge, and Risk Management.

Working with the Talent Team, you will help develop and execute our people strategy, which includes programs, measures, and tools to help our employees achieve their goals. Responsibilities may include developing strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning and training tools, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities :
  1. Collect information on the number of candidates to hire from the Recruitment Head.
  2. Build an applicants database through various channels:
    • Universities
    • Printed media
    • Online/internet media
    • Providing organization overview and benefits
    • Presentations
  3. Maintain job advertisement postings (Online/Printed Media).
  4. Review and shortlist applicants.
  5. Conduct interviews.
  6. Assess candidates based on test scores (up to 5 tests per day).
  7. Discuss job requirements and qualifications with service line managers to assess candidates.
  8. Ensure all documents required by the Firm are complete and submit them to People Transaction.
  9. Maintain email correspondence with applicants via Indonesia Recruitment and Taleo.
  10. Maintain weekly and monthly recruitment tracking reports.
  11. Develop strong relationships with key business champions and hiring managers to understand talent needs.
  12. Update job and market knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks, and engaging in professional organizations.
Requirements & Skills :
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration (Human Resource concentration) from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a tech recruiter with good exposure to various tech roles.
  3. Understanding of policy and procedure implementation.
  4. Good knowledge of employment regulations and HR policies.
  5. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to deliver qualitative and quantitative performance results.
  7. Timely fulfillment of hiring requests.
  8. Ability to recruit reliable and stable employees through interviews and tests.
  9. Accurate and timely communication of new hire memos.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely reporting.
  11. Build and maintain good relationships with universities and recruitment agencies.
