Senior Teaching Manager for English 1 (formerly EF) Center in Jakarta

Work with and report to the Center Director to achieve the center's target

Plan and execute training based on the analysis of the academic team.

Managing the academic team and ensuring the quality of the teaching team.

Takes ownership for the delivery of both process and outcome of center retention and growth through setting the highest level of Academic Quality

Leads by example in all aspects of the role and sets the standard for the center team to follow.

Manages people and self to ensure a consistent approach in maintaining the integrity and reputation of the English 1 Center and English 1 overall as a place of excellence to learn and study English and as a place of employment

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree

TEFL Certified from any reputable TEFL institutions

Classroom experience at least 3 years.

Experienced in working and managing a team in a diverse culture

Serviceminded, approachableandfriendly

Highlymotivated and wellorganized
