About the role

As a Senior Tax Consultant Manager at a consulting company, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic tax advisory and compliance services to our diverse client base. In this full-time position, you will be based in Bali and work closely with our tax team to ensure our clients meet all their tax obligations while maximizing opportunities for tax optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tax consultants to deliver high-quality tax advisory and compliance services
• Provide expert tax planning and structuring advice to clients across a range of industries
• Ensure clients' tax returns and payments are filed accurately and on time
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to minimise clients' tax liabilities
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, and advise clients accordingly
• Collaborate with the wider business to identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the growth of the tax practice
• Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• A professional tax qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in a senior tax advisory role, preferably in a professional services firm or a large organization
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team of tax professionals
• Excellent technical tax knowledge and the ability to provide practical, commercial advice
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
