Job Description
  1. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to final candidate selection, including writing job advertisements based on guidelines, posting on relevant channels, sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, and personality assessments.
  2. Continuously develop and improve sourcing methods for recruiting.
  3. Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure smooth contract signing and onboarding processes.
  4. Build and maintain a talent network and benchmark talent pool.
  5. Partner with external recruitment agencies as needed and manage those relationships.
  6. Provide weekly and quarterly recruitment reports to local and regional teams.
  7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager or lead.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within financial institutions such as fintech, multi-finance, or banking.
  • Proficiency with ATS and reporting tools like Excel.
  • Disciplined, results-oriented recruiting professional with a passion for the profession.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing the company's best interests.
  • Flexible, adaptable, self-starter, comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
  • Proven track record of attention to detail and execution.
