Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud platforms.

• Ensure the secure, efficient, and reliable operation of all IT systems through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Implement and enforce industry best practices in cybersecurity to safeguard data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.

• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance system performance and support business growth.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations to support operational continuity and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a System Engineer or similar technical role, ideally within the IT or technology sector.

• Proven expertise in the design, implementation, and management of complex IT environments, including on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and monitoring tools.

• Deep understanding of network protocols, storage systems, and cybersecurity principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading technical teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
