• Experience documenting BRD, SRS, and use cases.
• Experience with coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience in education or large organizations is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and improve information systems supporting BINUS UNIVERSITY and the group.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into specs.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Review existing systems, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Support implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with developers/vendors.
