Job summary

Sysmex Indonesia is seeking an experienced SAP specialist to support S/4HANA and GTS, with emphasis on MM and EWM modules. You will lead Material Master Data Governance, ensure data accuracy, and drive MDG processes across APAC.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP support, MDG expertise, and willingness to travel regionally. You will collaborate with business users and SAP consultants, manage incidents and changes, and maintain system documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, business admin, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP S/4HANA/ECC support experience.
• Hands-on SAP MM and/or EWM experience.
• Strong MDG, data governance and data quality knowledge.
• Experience in SAP application support and change management.
• Willing to travel regionally (10-20%).

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Purpose

Support and administer SAP business applications across Asia Pacific, providing application support, change management, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring effective Material Master Data Governance (MDG), data quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for SAP S/4HANA and GTS applications, particularly MM and/or EWM modules.
• Act as the regional lead for Material Master Data Governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Manage SAP MDG processes, including data creation, maintenance, approvals, and validation.
• Support incident management, change requests, system enhancements, testing, and deployments.
• Collaborate with business users, process owners, and SAP consultants to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform user administration, access management, and license monitoring activities.
• Support data migration, validation, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, CSV, JSOX, and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and/or EWM modules.
• Experience in Material Master Data Management, SAP MDG, and data governance.
• Experience in SAP application support, incident management, change management, and system implementation.
• Good understanding of SAP integration with other modules and external systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel regionally (approximately 10%-20%).

Preferred Knowledge

• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
• Familiarity with SAP IDoc and data replication concepts.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
