Senior Sustainability Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Aplikasi Super's ESG roadmap, including commitments, targets (long-term and short-term), relevant KPIs, and metrics aligned with business strategies and goals.
• Establish standards and strategic foundations for ESG through policies, guidelines, and principles on ESG practices at Aplikasi Super.
• Ensure ESG strategies and implementation align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
• Advocate change management strategies for newly created ESG policies within the organization.
• Analyze current ESG practices and processes, identifying and mitigating potential gaps, risks, or errors.
• Stay updated on global and local rules and regulations, ensuring Aplikasi Super's ESG policies remain relevant.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by serving as a subject matter expert, advisor, or partner for ESG practice implementation.
• Lead projects related to corporate sustainability initiatives, including waste, water, energy, and emissions management.
• Generate ESG/Sustainability reports for stakeholders, investors, and the public, demonstrating Aplikasi Super's efforts towards a sustainable future in accordance with international standards (e.g., UN SDGs, PRI, TCFD, SASB).

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in environmental/climate science, sustainability, or public health.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local and international ESG standards, frameworks, and regulations.
• Experience managing challenges in establishing standards and practices from scratch, with enthusiasm for startup environments.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
