Senior Structural Revit Drafter - Jakarta

This is an exciting growing period for TTW and our Structural drafting team in Jakarta have a key part to play on this journey. These roles will involve management and preparation of documentation on building projects and manage drafting staff of building structures for large and small projects around Indonesia and abroad.

You will:

1. Manage drafting on large projects autonomously and lead junior drafters within the project team.
2. Manage small projects autonomously where no Lead Engineer is allocated.
3. Liaise with engineers and architects on the preparation and coordination of documentation.
4. Competently convey structural/civil information into drawing format which can be interpreted by builders.
5. Assist Lead Engineer in the preparation of preliminary sketch designs from architectural drawings as required.
6. Act as the first point of contact on projects and answer queries from others.
7. Attend consultant meetings as required.
8. Provide training and assistance to junior drafters including technical support of Revit/AutoCAD and other software.
9. Actively input ideas to the progressive improvement of the drafting systems.

About you:

This role is ideally suited to someone with:

1. At least 8 years’ experience in drafting.
2. Minimum 2 years local experience.
3. Technical Vocational School Graduate (or equivalent) or Diploma.
4. Completion of relevant REVIT Course.
5. Ability to lead and supervise a team of Drafters.
6. Ability to provide drafting training to apprentices and other draftspersons.
7. Ability to provide technical support to other drafters.
8. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in English in written and verbal clearly and tactfully.
