Job summary

Ravenry, a Singapore and Indonesia based market research agency, seeks a Senior/Mid-Level Consultant to lead multi-stakeholder research and strategy projects across financial services, digital economy, and emerging industries in Jakarta. You will act as a strategic thought partner to clients, ensuring commercial viability and shaping new research products.

You will oversee end-to-end project execution, mentor junior consultants, and strengthen Ravenry's market position as a top advisory partner.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting, market research, strategy, corporate planning, or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-workstream projects with direct client exposure.
• Exposure to financial services, banking, fintech, logistics, digital economy, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Experience handling C-level stakeholders is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, from scoping to final presentation.
• Translate ambiguous client questions into structured research frameworks and methodologies.
• Ensure high-quality, insight-driven deliverables with clear business implications.
• Own timelines, budgets, profitability, and risk management across engagements.
• Coach and mentor Analysts, Associates, and Managers.
• Develop new research frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Contribute to sales strategy and proposal development.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and support proposal development.
