Job description

Responsibilities:

• Able to achieve rental & sales target amount based on company target.
• Able to find customers who need to rent heavy equipment & to offer the products to meet customer requirements.
• Ability to determine and identify prospect customers for sales & rental heavy equipment through knowledge about the construction segment.
• Able to attend weekly meetings with top management & create weekly report on sales rental planning and actual.
• Able to create rental quotation for customers and follow up payment from customers completely 100%.
• Able to create repair machines quotation for customers and follow up payment from customers completely 100%.
• Able to create sales quotation for customers and follow up payment from customers completely 100%.
• Able to visit customer sites to monitor rental units during rental periods.
• Able to follow-up delivery and return rental units to and from customers.
• Able to follow-up complaints from customers and coordinate with factory departments for the unit's or operator's problems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: D3/S1 with any major from a reputable university.
• Have experience in the same field as sales & marketing for rental heavy equipment for at least 2 years.
• Has own vehicle & able to drive a car with a valid driving license.
• Able to communicate and write emails in English at a business level.
• Familiar with using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Quick response, high motivation, open-minded, honest, hardworking, responsible, initiative, and has integrity.
• Physically and mentally healthy when doing work.
• Able to work together in a team or individually.
