Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Staff Presales Engineer at Performa Optima Group located in South Tangerang, Banten. The Senior Staff will be responsible for leading our presales team in delivering the best solutions to clients. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team with product knowledge, preparing technical presentations and BOQs, conducting site surveys, and providing tailored recommendations that meet client needs. The Lead Presales Engineer will also guide and develop the presales team, review their work, and act as a problem solver to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Information Technology, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Applicants should possess strong technical expertise, including product knowledge, network topology, drafting, and BOQ preparation. In addition to technical proficiency, the candidate must demonstrate solid leadership, strong communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is essential to thrive in this role.
