About the role

We are seeking a experienced Senior Staff Operator & End Control ( Denpasar ) to join our team at PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia in Denpasar, Bali. This is a contract position that will play a vital role in our Information Technology & Communications department, focusing on network engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff, and be responsible for troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues in the store.
• Perform data entry processes and prepare reports related to store operational data support needs.
• Supervise and ensure staff properly inspect customer purchase items in accordance with purchase invoices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related position.
• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or higher, majoring in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong command of data extraction and reporting, combined with proficiency in handling big data using MS Excel.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy.
• Must be a detail-oriented team player.
