Job description

Oversee day-to-day HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits administration).

Coach and support line managers on performance management, discipline, grievance, and employee relations cases.

Ensure legal & policy compliance with labor laws, company handbooks, and audit requirements.

Maintain accurate HRIS/data; generate routine headcount, turnover, and leave reports for management.

Coordinate training logistics and track completion of mandatory programs (EHS, anti-harassment, etc.).

Lead continuous-improvement projects (e.g., digitizing forms, streamlining onboarding, reducing time-to-hire).

Measurable Outcomes / KPIs

Time-to-fill vacancies vs. target.

Audit findings or compliance violations (target: zero).

Employee-relations case resolution time.

Training completion rate.

HR service ticket/query turnaround time.

Employment-law fluency (national labor code, social-security & tax regs).

Data literacy: Excel/Sheets, basic HR analytics; ability to turn data into insights.

Process mindset with familiarity in Lean or Kaizen for workflow improvements.
